Hybrid prostheses are sometimes known as “teeth in a day” or “all on 4”. They are a solution for someone who is missing all of their teeth and wants a solution that is “fixed,” meaning it cannot be removed by the patient. These prostheses are fantastic and give the patient back the function of a full set of teeth with as much biting force as they had with all natural teeth. One of the greatest aspects of this treatment is that the patient gets the function of all of their teeth the same day the implants are placed. A patient can come in with no teeth and eat dinner that night with a fully functional set of teeth.
